The new Blogger interface made me want to write again.
Plus, I finally got something nice, simple and minimalist to be used as a template. Although, in my effort of customizing it I kinda screwed up on something and my site keeps giving me a - javascript error detected. Can't be bothered to look it up and correct it.
I'm also in the midst of doing something for my eldest sister. An assignment. Initially a welcome intrusion - but later turned into an unwelcome one, but I digress.
Due date is coming up in 2 weeks and the progress bar is still at the zeroeth line. So I decided that a change of scenery could help, and went to Starbucks / 스타박스 [I hope the spelling's correct] last Friday, to mooch off their Wifi (I've busted my BB quota - so my home's dl/upload speed is unbearable), and start writing something.

| Magic Trackpad, bought when I was in one of my manic/mania* phase. Buying unnecessary stuff like these kept me sane in ways I can't really explain. |

Also decided to reward myself by watching In Time. It sucked. Shame, coz they have a promising storyline and an ensemble cast but was brought down by silly scriptwriting/dialogues; and ultimately - the plot itself as the movie only wanted to be a Bonnie/Clyde-esque film coincidentally set in the future; and nothing higher. As a sci-fi fan - I was beyond disappointed. The movie's saving grace were Vincent Kartheiser and Cillian Murphy's performance. Credits to Olivia Wilde and Matt Bomer as well - as even in cameos' appearance, they stole every single scenes they're in. Surprisingly, Alex Pettyfer's performance was unmemorable to me, even though he's a personal favourite.

I've been listening to a leaked version of Seven Devils by Florence + The Machine quite a lot. (I'm gonna buy it on iTunes when it comes out tomorrow - so strike off the

p/s:
1. A female cousin (CK) that I am out to was the one who told me about Matt Bomer's sexual orientation. Come on now Matt. A comment like that only confirms that you're gay, but then it's your life. (am reminded by Zachary Quinto who recently came out.)
2. It's refreshing to see Johnny Galecki outside of The Big Bang Theory's set. Didn't know that he was gonna be in the movie.
3. Watched the premier of Terra Nova. It was just OK. The subject matter appeals to me - the time and space part (Dr Who anyone? :D) - not the dinos. I can't help but think that the show is kinda like the Stargate series. [love all the franchises btw] Seriously though - why the heck did they need 20 executive producers? What do they even do?
4. * will be made clear later ^^
