Poster for the film - Sweet Rain, the last film I watched while I was enjoying summer break in Malaysia[Ipoh mostly, and Kelantan too] from June to October last year/08.
1. Perak is now back under Barisan Nasional.
UPDATE: woke up thismorningafternoon to feeds of interesting news from Utusan Online. It's interesting how Ir Nizar said - "It was a good sign", after meeting the Sultan. Fast forward a few hours however, he was asked to resign himself by the Sultan.....

2. I can only imagine at what my dad is and will be saying about this back home in Malaysia.
3. Although, to be honest though, I wasn't in the slightest surprised at the outcome.
4. When I first knew about the initial 'disappearances' and the 'resignations' from the 3 ppl, I knew there'd be more to it than that.
5. Then, came the news that Najib will have a tete-a-tete with the Sultan, regarding this issue. [I'm sure all the Malaysian readers are well-read about it by now]
6. The Sultan of Perak, Sultan Azlan Shah.
7. When I read that the fate of the State is going to be in the hands of His Majesty, I immediately guessed at what the outcome's going to be like.
8. Unlike you, or other regular rakyats; I am blessed with my connection to His Majesty's by way of my Londoner friend.
9. One fact I know about the Sultan from my Londoner friend is that, he's not really fond of the opposition party i.e. Pakatan Rakyat. That might explain his inclination towards his current decision.
10. Although, we must all give him credits for His decision. He is very well-educated, and has once presided as the Supreme Judge @ Chief Justice @ the Then Lord President of Federal Court.
11. He's more than well-informed about the situation.
12. As I said in [2], I shudder to think what my dad makes of this.
13. I just hope that the political drama will subside from now on, and politicians starts working on serving US, their real masters [lol]
UPDATE: woke up this
